Product & Equipment Questions

  • Yes, we offer both. Most of our products are available for either purchase or hire, depending on your needs. Please ask us about current hire availability.

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to visit our showroom to test equipment in person. In some cases, we may be able to offer an in-home trial, ask us for details.

  • We stock a large range of ShopRider scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, walkers, daily living aids, and more. If you're after something specific, we can often order it in.

  • Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider. We can help guide you through the process if you're purchasing or hiring equipment through your NDIS plan.

Delivery & Support

  • Yes, we offer free delivery to Geraldton, Dongara and Northampton. Delivery to other areas is available at a competitive rate.

  • Yes. We offer servicing and repairs on Shoprider scooters and many other products. If you're unsure whether we can help, just get in touch or view our service page.

  • If you’ve purchased from us or hired a product, we’ll guide you through the next steps, whether it’s repair, replacement or warranty support.

Orders & Payments

  • No referral is needed. Anyone is welcome to contact us directly. However, if you're working with an OT or support coordinator, we’re happy to liaise with them on your behalf.

  • We accept a range of payment methods including EFTPOS, bank transfer, and NDIS plan-managed payments. Please check with us for full details.

  • Yes, we can provide written quotes for NDIS plans, aged care packages or private funding approvals.

Visiting & Contact

  • We’re at 118 NW Coastal Highway in Wonthella, just near the Eighth Street intersection. There’s convenient parking out the front and the showroom is fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Walk-ins are welcome during our business hours. For more detailed support, we recommend calling ahead so we can give you the time and attention you need.
